Overview

Keyplay uses OpenAI to enhance its account intelligence platform, helping to deliver richer insights, clearer segmentation, and more advanced similarity modeling. By processing publicly available company data, OpenAI helps us improve the precision and usability of the intelligence we provide to our customers.

Commitment to Data Privacy

Keyplay does not collect, process, or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All data shared with OpenAI is strictly limited to publicly available company information, ensuring no sensitive or proprietary data is used.

Calls to OpenAI's API are server-to-server, meaning no client IP addresses are sent, and OpenAI is not a subprocessor of personal data.

We have opted out of allowing OpenAI to sample any data for improving its foundational models. All insights generated are curated for Keyplay’s specific use cases, ensuring no customer-specific data is used to train
