This tool combines AI-driven research with custom analysis to help you assess key factors like AI maturity, digital transformation, and other less tangible traits that impact targeting decisions.

🛠️ How to Use It

1. Ask a Structured Question

Start by entering a specific, structured question about an account. The agent works best when you're asking something targeted and company-specific (e.g., “How mature is this company’s AI strategy?”).

2. Customize the Research Task (Optional)

Once your question is submitted, the AI will:

  • Generate a research task

  • Search public and Keyplay-internal data sources for insights

  • Return relevant qualitative context

You can edit the task if you want to:

  • Refine the question

  • Add specific terms

  • Include Keyplay’s internal data like business category, market, and signal history

3. Preview the Output

Run a preview of the accounts you're evaluating. The research results will show:

  • Qualitative insights per company

  • Reasoning behind each score or categorization


📊 Using the Analyst Agent

The Analyst component will:

  • Automatically assign a rating type (e.g., 1–10 scale for AI maturity)

  • Analyze both the research results and Keyplay signals

  • Generate a final score or classification for each account

You can edit the analyst type (e.g., change from numerical scale to tiered categories), and also customize the criteria used in evaluation.

Once satisfied with the research and analysis:

  • Sync results to your CRM

    • Values and justifications are added to custom fields via field mapping

  • Run on a specific list of accounts

    • Choose from all accounts, tagged subsets, or specific test lists

  • Set up auto-run options

    • Enable auto-refresh on a schedule

    • Automatically include new accounts
