ICP Analysis Overview

When you first come onboard with Keyplay (or even during the pre-sale process!) we recommend running an ICP Analysis with our team.

This analysis uses your own account data to build and backtest a custom ICP scoring model tailored to your business. Growth and Scale Plans each include at least one ICP Analysis conducted by the Keyplay analyst team.


What We Need from You

To perform an ICP Analysis, please provide the following data points:

  1. Customer list — including domain and ARR

  2. Good-fit account lists — any other accounts you consider strong fits, including domain

  3. Disqualified accounts — ideally those disqualified for fit-related reasons, including domain


What to Expect

Once we receive your data, we’ll begin the analysis. The process typically takes about 7–10 days.

When the analysis is complete, your CSM will schedule a session to review the results with you, gather feedback, and discuss any model updates or changes before implementation.
